At Rapid Response our operations department works very hard at keeping our drivers constantly moving and our customer freight delivering on time. Our dispatch team has their own board of drivers and becomes very familiar with each driver and their tendencies. This allows us to match each driver to the proper load leading to constant on time deliveries and enhanced cooperation between driver and dispatcher.

Our dispatchers are very knowledgeable and long time industry veterans. They understand how to make the wheels turn and how to make both our drivers and our customers happy. Our dispatch staff consists of 3 dispatchers, 2 freight brokers, one dispatch planner and one administrative assistant. The Rapid Response team works well together in order to get our customers freight where it belongs and when it belongs there. |
